REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of telehealth services, medical evaluations, administrative processing, compounded medications, research-use therapies, and pharmacy fulfillment services, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

RXONLINE.SHOP does not guarantee treatment outcomes, weight loss results, medical approval, or individual patient response to any wellness program or therapy.

Patients understand and acknowledge that:

  • treatment results vary
  • medical approval is not guaranteed
  • provider evaluations may result in denial of treatment eligibility
  • compounded or research-use therapies are non-returnable
  • medications, once processed, prescribed, prepared, shipped, or dispensed, are not eligible for refund or exchange

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • dissatisfaction with results
  • failure to follow provider instructions
  • unused medications
  • delayed patient response
  • incorrect information submitted by the patient
  • side effects or adverse reactions
  • shipping delays outside platform control
  • lost or stolen packages after confirmed shipment or delivery

If a patient is not approved by a licensed healthcare provider prior to prescription processing, there will be no charge.


 

Cancellation Policy

 Patients may request cancellation of administrative processing prior to provider review or pharmacy processing.

Once:

  • provider review has begun
  • prescriptions have been issued
  • pharmacy fulfillment has started
  • medications have been processed or shipped

the order may no longer be canceled.

RXONLINE.SHOP reserves the right to deny cancellations once services, evaluations, administrative coordination, or pharmacy processing have commenced.

Patients are responsible for:

  • submitting accurate information
  • reviewing all intake documents carefully
  • understanding the telehealth process before proceeding


 

Subscription & Reorder Policy

 If enrolled in recurring wellness or reorder programs, patients are responsible for managing cancellation requests before the next scheduled processing date.

Cancellation requests submitted after processing or fulfillment begins may not prevent charges or shipment.


 

Shipping Disclaimer

 RXONLINE.SHOP is not responsible for:

  • shipping carrier delays
  • weather delays
  • incorrect shipping information submitted by patients
  • lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Patients are encouraged to monitor shipment tracking information carefully.

All medical decisions remain solely between the patient, licensed healthcare provider, and dispensing pharmacy.
